After facing repeated setbacks, Jake never lost sight of his goals. He persevered through rejection and personal struggles, pushing forward with grit and determination.   

Jake completed our full Sales training course and subsequently secured a job where he is making significant impact by exceeding targets and receiving incredible reviews from his clients. 

He is currently participating in our Level 2 Sales course and we are creating new goals to achieve personal and next level professional goals.  

In addition to his career pursuits, Jake is an amateur boxer, which has helped him elevate his wellbeing.

 B grew up in a challenging environment but refused to let her circumstances define her. Through sheer determination and passion, we supported B in pursuing her singing career, eventually helping her break into her dream industry. 

Today, she inspires others by demonstrating that resilience and focus can turn dreams into reality.   

Additionally, we We assisted in rehousing B and provided her with wellness care. It has been incredible to see her emerge stronger. Her voice is beautiful, and we are so proud of how far she has come. We look forward to seeing her achieve a record deal soon. 

J has refused to let barriers hold him back; instead, he has shattered expectations through bold action and unrelenting effort. 

J's example of achievements have inspired many to aim higher and push boundaries.  

We have watched J blossom beyond all our expectations. We got to know him, helped strengthen his skillset and self belief, and supported him in realising his potential—the rest is history!

 When we first met Mils, she had a very specific plan for her future. We helped her take that vision and turn it into reality.   After completing our intensive training program, Mils secured her dream role. Since then, she has worked tirelessly not only to create opportunities for herself but also to help others. Her journey serves as a reminder that with hard work and a clear vision, no obstacle is too great to overcome.  Mils is a force to be reckoned with, and there is no stopping her now! 

 Jerome was the first to get up and sing in front of the whole class—without any hesitation. He sang straight from the heart and we recognised that he had immense courage and strength within him, and we needed to take this to another level.  

Along the way, we discovered that he is loyal, hardworking, and full of innovative ideas and boundless energy. 

He has embraced his unique creativity and has refused to give up especially when times were tough.  

As Jerome approaches the end of his training session with us, we have started introducing him to some of our clients for job opportunities.

  We have been a part of Hattie's life since she finished school. From the beginning, we recognised some of her core, incredible traits in her, such as her determination and resilience. 

We put in place our 360 24/7 support and went on to create a mutually agreed SMART plan which was the beginning of the journey to help her fulfill her destiny and become a breakout star in the world of IT.  

Hattie has worked hard, breaking barriers in her field and fighting against discrimination and bias to claim her rightful place. 

Her journey wasn’t easy, but her courage and tenacity paved the way for her success. She has proven to herself what she is capable of, despite the challenges which came along the way 

 Will has faced countless hurdles and confronted each challenge with courage and determination. 

Despite the odds, he found strength in every setback and turned obstacles into stepping stones, proving that persistence and self-belief can move mountains.    

His dream job was to be a Designer, but he was unable to complete his education as he was one of the main caregivers for a family member. 

We set him a task to create a portfolio showcasing his abilities, allowing us to share his skills with potential employers. 

His talent was apparent, and we successfully placed him in a job where he developed into one of the most skilled designers on their team

Paul emphasised the importance of responsible growth, making sure that our hiring practices not only met expansion goals but also reflected the company’s commitment to inclusivity and sustainability.
